sessions led by Claire Gadsby Practical classroom-focused tasks Opportunities to apply learning directly within school or nursery settings Evidence uploads and reflective practice activities Feedback and assessment from educational trainers Rather than simply completing a course, participants build a professional portfolio of evidence that demonstrates their learning journey and classroom application. Educators also receive actionable feedback and practical next steps they can immediately apply within their teaching practice. Upon completion, participants receive a CPD certificate as part of this CPD UK verified and approved professional development pathway. Importantly, the pathways are progressive, allowing educators to continue building their professional learning journey over time. Teachers may begin with the ECT Pathway before progressing into Foundation and Advanced as their experience develops.
