Supporting Schools as a Whole While the pathways support individual staff development, they have also been designed with wider school improvement in mind. The programme provides schools with structured, evidence-based professional development that can contribute towards inspection evidence, staff development strategies, reflective practice, and ongoing professional learning priorities. Flexible enrolment options are available for individual staff members, whole- school implementation, and multi-school groups, with discounted partnership packages available for larger teams. Schools may also explore bespoke pathway
elements tailored to their individual priorities and development goals. Additional add-on support options, including school site visits and strategic professional development consultancy, will also be available.
Looking Ahead to 2027 Alongside the initial launch, development is already underway for additional pathways planned for release throughout 2027, including dedicated programmes for: Middle Leadership Teams (MLT) Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) Support Staff including Teaching Assistants
