Saudi Arabia’s higher education landscape continues to evolve as Almasar Alshamil Education signed a non-binding heads of terms agreement with Heriot-Watt University to establish Heriot-Watt University Saudi Arabia . The agreement marks another step in the Kingdom’s strategy to attract globally recognised institutions and expand access to high quality higher education in line with Vision 2030.
