Saudi Arabia strengthens its global youth leadership ties as King’s College Riyadh hosts the World Scouts Foundation. KING’S COLLEGE RIYADH HOSTS WORLD SCOUTS LEADERS IN HISTORIC VISIT
K ing’s College Riyadh (KCR) recently made history by welcoming leaders of the World Scouts Foundation and international dignitaries to its campus in September 2025. The landmark visit highlighted Saudi Arabia’s growing role in global youth development and the power of education to connect cultures. Partner, King’s College Riyadh, HE Faisal Bin Abdulrahman Bin Muammar A Journey That Started in London The celebration followed on from a memorable trip last year, when 20 KCR pupils travelled to the UK. Their journey included a visit to King’s College Taunton, a cultural tour of London, and attendance at the World Scouts Gala Dinner. On that special night, the pupils met His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, Honorary Chairman of the World Scouts. Their participation was made possible through the support of HE Faisal Bin Abdulrahman Bin Muammar, partner of King’s College Riyadh for Downe House Riyadh and a board member of the World Scouts Foundation.
