Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Smooth Transitions Academic success cannot exist without wellbeing. Alongside mentoring, MVA places strong emphasis on pastoral care, inclusion, and emotional support— particularly during key transitions such as joining the school, moving countries, or progressing between stages.
