Looking Ahead: From Promise to Reality When we open for the new academic year, SRI will not just offer impeccable facilities or an avant-garde curriculum. It will offer a reshaped educational promise: that schools can be places where genius, curiosity, and wellbeing flourish together; where innovation is not pursued for its own sake, but to enrich lives and communities. I am humbled and exhilarated by the journey ahead. As Founding Principal and CEO, my commitment is simple: to deliver on the global promise SRI has captured in headlines and heart, through heartfelt, everyday impact – for our students, families, and wider society. At SRI, we aren’t just building a school. We are reimagining education for a world that demands brilliance, empathy, and ingenuity in equal measure.
Technology and state of the art facilities will enhance this journey and make the school a place where students are genuinely excited to be at every day. Setting New Global Standards Our launch drew global headline attention, coveted endorsements, and praise from leading educational figures such as Dame Amanda Spielman (former OFSTED Chief Inspector) and Julie Young (Arizona State University) among many, many others. They recognised SRI as a model for redefining school design and pedagogical innovation. But for me, the most meaningful moment came when I walked through our new Dubai Sports City campus with educators and heard them say: “This feels different. This feels like the future.” That, to me, encapsulates SRI’s promise.
